One platform. Every action through the core.
Four components — the bridge, the experience, the alternative, and the window — connected through one cloud core. This is the whole system, end to end.
Four components. One cloud core.
Hiro Platform is the cloud SaaS core — the brain that connects everything. Every component connects exclusively through it; no component talks directly to another.
An IoT controller board attached to each washer or dryer. It receives activation commands from the Platform, starts the machine, and reports status and cycle data back.
Learn more →The primary customer touchpoint — an Outlet Locator, an in-app wallet, a live cycle timer, order history, and loyalty, all in one place.
Learn more →A customer-facing touchscreen terminal at the outlet. Pick a machine, tap to pay by card or eWallet QR, and it activates instantly — no phone, no download.
Learn more →A self-service merchant portal giving operators real-time visibility — sales, per-machine status, remote activation, reports, and multi-outlet support.
Learn more →Hiro Platform is the brain — the single source of truth for everything Hiro does.
Hiro Platform is the cloud SaaS core. It holds the outlet and machine registries, and it is the single source of truth for every transaction in the system. Nothing is authoritative until the Platform has recorded it.
It orchestrates payments and runs the wallet engine, relays activation commands to Hiro Link in the machine, aggregates the telemetry that comes back, powers the marketing and loyalty engine, and feeds outlet and machine data to merchants through Hiro Live.
Every component connects only through the core. Hiro App, Hiro Kiosk, Hiro Link, and Hiro Live never talk directly to one another — every command and every status update passes through the Platform. That is what keeps the whole system one coherent chain rather than a mesh of point-to-point links.
Discover, pay, activate, track — every step through the core.
A single wash or dry passes through six stages. The customer touches Hiro App or Hiro Kiosk; the Platform runs the checks, moves the money, commands the machine, and records the result; Hiro Link starts the machine and reports back.
Discover
The customer finds a Hiro-enabled outlet — through the in-app Outlet Locator map in Hiro App, or simply by walking up to an outlet that has a Hiro Kiosk.
Select & pay
In Hiro App the customer picks a machine or scans the QR on it; at the Kiosk they tap a machine on the touchscreen. The request goes to Hiro Platform carrying the outlet, machine, and customer details, and they pay from their Hiro wallet, by contactless card, or by scanning a QR code.
Platform checks & processes
Hiro Platform runs its pre-checks — is the machine online (via Hiro Link's heartbeat), is it available (a washer must be idle; a running dryer can be extended with add-on time), and is there enough wallet credit. Any failure returns a clear message. When all pass, the Platform deducts the cycle cost, processes the payment, and records the transaction.
Machine activates
The Platform sends an activation command to the Hiro Link inside that machine, and the machine starts. On protocol-based machines Hiro Link confirms cycle start and returns real timer data; on pulse-based machines it returns a pulse-sent confirmation.
Track the cycle
The customer watches a live countdown for the wash or dry. On protocol machines the timer reflects real cycle data; on pulse machines it is a preset estimate, shown with a "~" prefix and a small offset for the delay between paying and loading the machine.
Done & recorded
The Platform stores the finished transaction — timestamp, outlet, machine, customer, amount, and cycle type — for the customer's order history and for the merchant's reporting in Hiro Live. If activation ever fails after the wallet is debited, the transaction enters the refund flow instead.
Connected to the systems that matter.
Around the core, Hiro connects to payment providers, local payment networks, machine hardware, and internal finance systems — so the platform fits the way an outlet already takes money and runs its machines.
Payment gateways
Local eWallets
Bank transfer
Cards
DuitNow & DirectPay
IoT / local hub
A local-hub architecture — each outlet runs a Hiro Hub appliance (Home Assistant) as the on-site hub for all Hiro Link devices, communicating with the cloud core.
Machine protocols
Dual-mode — protocol-based for modern controllers (full telemetry) and pulse-based for older machines (activation only).
Finance systems
SQL Accounting handles internal finance and bookkeeping, fed from the transactions the core records.
One core. One coherent system, end to end.
Every payment, every activation, every cycle, every report — all routed through Hiro Platform. That is what makes the hardware, the money, the customer experience, and the merchant's view one system instead of stitched-together tools.
